I use my experience in leading and coaching teams to reimagine ways of working that are pragmatic, energetic and sustainable.

I started my career in theatre where collaboration, diversity and difference was core to success. These values have remained especially important to me throughout my working life. 

After many varied and often high pressure roles in journalism, education and the cultural sector I have experienced how complicated life can get. During this time, I supported many transitions and was struck by how challenging these, or any life event, can be for the individual and for the team.

I’m a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, I have a Certificate in Effective Coaching and Mentoring from the ILM and a Professional Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

After many years in and around London I’m now back in North Yorkshire, taking inspiration from the big skies and sense of space in this rural environment and using this in my work and everyday life.
